Strategic Planning Template
The Strategic Planning Template is designed to help clubs assess what areas of their club should become part of their overall strategic plan moving into the future.
Delivering Club Objectives
This worksheet helps clubs define their objectives, as well as assigning them to the relevant people at the club. The worksheet can also help clubs easily judge whether those objectives were met in the predicted timeframe or not.
Creating a Successful and Profitable Fundraising Event
This worksheet is designed to take you through a step-by-step process of planning and organising your next fundraising event. By the time you have finished filling it out, you will have a great guideline for everything you need to organise for your next fundraiser!
Critical Club Information Checklist
The Critical Club Information Checklist is an important document that is designed to be a mainstay at your club, and to be collected, maintained and passed down from committee to committee.
Please note that not all questions will apply to all clubs.
Risk Management Checklist
The Risk Management Checklist asks clubs questions regarding the potential risks that can affect sports clubs. Clubs can then decide whether further action is required in each area to minimise risk in the future, the probability of that risk recurring, who is responsible for taking action on the risk and what action is required to eliminate or reduce the risk.
Please note that not all questions will be applicable to all sports clubs.
Marketing & Communications Checklist
The Marketing and Communications checklist asks clubs questions about how they market and communicate both internally and externally. Clubs can then decide whether or not action needs to be taken to rectify certain areas of the club in this regard, who will be responsible for this action, and a time frame or date for when the action is to be completed.
Please note that not all questions will be applicable to every club.
Maximising Your Funraising Checklist
The Maximising Funding Checklist is designed to help your club assess whether or not it is getting the most out of its fundraising exercises. After a simple yes/no answer to each question, clubs can then decide whether further action is required, who is responsible for taking such action, and by what date the action would need to be completed.
Please note that not all questions will be applicable to every sports club.
How to best analyse my club/organisation?
The most efficient way is to conduct a SWOT (Strengths, Weakenesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis. It allows you to write down all you know about internal and external factors so you may be able to reflect and take appropriate action.
